Support and helpdesk
During operation of a PLM and CAD system errors and faults occur. Here the users must be supported by a professional support and helpdesk. In detail, that means:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for receiving and resolving errors and incidents
- Providing 3rd level support to resolve errors and disruptions with development and / or manufacturer support
- Involvement of the support organization in the customer’s ticket system if required
- Use of CNO-Software to support further increase efficiency
