Support and helpdesk

During operation of a PLM and CAD system errors and faults occur. Here the users must be supported by a professional support and helpdesk. In detail, that means:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support for receiving and resolving errors and incidents
  • Providing 3rd level support to resolve errors and disruptions with development and / or manufacturer support
  • Involvement of the support organization in the customer’s ticket system if required
  • Use of CNO-Software to support further increase efficiency
