Project management and architecture
Project Management
Project management is at the heart of the successful introduction of PLM and CAD systems. By optimizing the coordination of all interests, implementation and commissioning are accelerated and application conflicts avoided.
More specifically, project management tasks include:
- Planning and controlling resources and their use
- scheduling and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating the project history with the client
- Coordination with internal and external agencies (suppliers, etc.)
- Onsite and offshore development coordination
- Timely response to deviations in the plan and definition of alternatives
Solution Architecture
Based on our long-standing know-how with the introduction of PLM and CAD, we can offer our customers the optimal architecture of their solution. This continuously improves the efficiency of the customer’s systems and extends the scope of the systems.
In detail this means:
- Defining an optimal solution with Teamcenter and NX based on customer needs
- Advice on the customer’s processes and their mapping in the systems
- Specify workflows to share parts and documents
- Definition of part and CAD structures
- Working out the rules for building structures
- Develop solutions to supply connected third party systems with data</ span>
- Prototype implementation
- Perform quality assurance tests on the solution
- Introducing Release Management
- Using systems to automate tests
