Our new version of the CNO data validation solution is now available.

In our new version you will find almost 100 small improvements and bugfixes.
It is important to us that the software quality is steadily increased. Thus, bugfixes and internal optimizations are also among our achievements in this version.

Use the Validation Framework configuration wizard to quickly and easily create check rules.

Even unexperienced users can use the assistant to easily define validation checks for their area and even immediately use them.

Using the configuration assistant, you can create complex check rules within a few minutes. The direct access to Teamcenter objects and attributes is a practical support when creating your validation rules.

Whether user or administrator, all options are available via the interface. From the selection of the object types to the selection of the attributes and the definition of interlinked tests, the creation of check rules is also possible without a long training. Even complex dependencies can also be easily defined. The configuration of bill of material checks or the classification can be done without any deep knowledge of the Teamcenter data model.

Use different data sources in your Mendix application and check the inputs and outputs with our Validation Framework Connectors.

Mendix is the platform for faster application development, faster go-live and quick success.

Mendix offers simple options for integrating various data sources and is an ideal tool for supporting the entire digitization process.
However, the more digitized processes are, the more important it is that all required data is correct. If, for example, information on the components for a product is incomplete, the production process may stall or the end product may not meet the specifications. In order to ensure the performance of the business processes, automated tests at selected process points are recommended.

Our new version of the CNO data validation solution is now available.

We want to simplify with our new version your deployment of our solutions by providing a release with long term support. This will be parallel maintained and developed to our new versions for at least the next three years.

 

Longterm Support
You can get bug fixes of your V4 CNO Validation Framework for the currently supported versions. In addition this will make it very easy to patch your existing version without a downtime (dependent on your infrastructure).

 

Stylesheet configuration simplifications
This new release is simplifying the usage of validation in the Active Workspace Summary and Information Stylesheet. Keep in mind that this capability allows you to display a quality overview to the user without a click.

 The usage of extension also works on Stylesheets of creation, of save as and of revise.

Enhanced external data source integration
Even if your Teamcenter is the so called single source of truth, a typically scenario is that you have several data sources and depending on context, the reference database changes.

BOM compare
It is now possible to expand more than one BOM view. As result, you have the capability to compare two different BOM views of one product structure. Goal is ex. to compare the Engineering BOM with the Manufacturing BOM and easily identify missing components.

Workshop: Simplify processes and improve data quality

 

The workshop will show how individual process steps in Teamcenter can be simplified by using the results of a data validation at an early stage.

In this way, erroneous entries can be avoided quite early in the process of data creation and monotonous steps are completely eliminated by means of automatic data filling.
The big added value here is the higher data quality in the PLM, which is ensured by the technical support.

 

The aim of the workshop is to give a small insight into the possibilities to improve individual processes by means of small optimizations and to additionally simplify the use of Teamcenter for the user.
